Are you passionate about a high level of service and leading the way in a lively and welcoming café environment? We are looking for a manager for our cozy Café Kaspar.
The activities of P/F Hotel Hafnia are continuously developing and growing. As our current manager is moving to another role within the company, we are seeking a new manager for Café Kaspar.
About the role
You will be responsible for the daily operations of Café Kaspar and will work to ensure that our guests receive a high level of service. At the same time, you will lead by example and ensure a positive work culture, good communication, and strong collaboration within the team.
You will also be responsible for:
- Staff scheduling
- Operations, product selection, and purchasing
- Hiring and training staff
About you
- You want to make an impact, take responsibility, and are able to motivate colleagues
- You have experience in the service industry – leadership experience is an advantage, though not a requirement
- You are well organized and able to maintain oversight, even under pressure
- You enjoy interacting with guests and understand the importance of excellent service
- You thrive in a lively environment where no two days are the same

Terms of employment
