Meeting Rooms
At Hotel Hafnia we have meeting rooms at different sizes. We can host everyone – from small meetings to large conferences.
Do you need a smaller room for a quick meeting with few participants? Hotel hafnia has three smaller meeting rooms ideally suited to such meetings: Loftið, Áarvegurin and Stovan. If you need a larger meeting room for conferences or larger events, then we have two rooms ideally suited to such meetings: Panorama and Parnassið. All meeting rooms are equipped with all the latest ICT technology.
Panorama
Breathtaking views of the whole city. The room is 138 m² and is the ideal setting for meetings or celebrations. The room can be divided into two rooms, which are 75 m² and 63 m² in size.
Parnass
Parnass is an historical room from 1951, which was completely renovated in 2019. The room is 93 m² and is ideally suited for large meetings, lectures, banquets etc.
Stovan
A very cosy room perfect venue for small meetings and employee interviews. Stovan is 18 m².
Loftið
A distinct Hafnia venue, which can be used for both meetings and fine dining. Loftið is 39 m²
Áarvegur
A light meeting room on ground floor with a 85” flatscreen. The room is 32 m² and can seat up to 16 guests.
Bager Hansens House
An historical house located on Húsabrúgv in Tórshavn. The house can be used for private meetings or small dinner parties and can seat up to 10 people.
